Phoenix Chess Systems is considering to sell empty module backplanes to the interested Mephisto module collectors. In this the full module casing in itself is not of interest, but the backplane is. These backplanes are very weak regarding the 'nodges', which break very easily. Please inform me by email before the end of januar if you would like to acquire some of these backplanes. Phoenix Chess Systems will, depending upon the demand, try to acquire these backplanes in a somewhat larger number. The selling price will be depending upon the number of backplanes in total required. Please inform me by email if you are interested and by what number of backplanes. As the price varies upon the total number, i urge all those interested to inform me before the end of januar if you would like to acquire the backplanes.

If there is enough interest, Phoenix Chess Systems will try to acquire these backplanes and provide to the collectors a good opportunity to solve this known problem regarding the old Mephisto modules casings.
